Don’t worry… there’s nothing strange in these words.
This web site,, has the same name of a typical cake of Livorno (a sea city in Tuscany) that is called by local people “TOPA”. The web site is run by Claudio Mollo and contains also the articles of many other food and wine journalists; one of these journalist is our friend Giorgio Dracopulos who wrote some sentences to our winery.
