26.02.2008: CANTARUTTI AT CASCINA MARZANA (PAVIA)
More than 50 people were present at the dinner organized c/o “Cascina Marzana” in Pavia. The courses have been created by the chef Barbara and they surprised everyone for the feeling of tradition which they expressed.
Interesting the participation of the FISAR Sommelier Mr. Roberto Pace together with Antonella and a lot of compliments as a whole, on an evening which had as main character also a bottle of 15 Litres of “Spirit Of Ghost”.
