28.02.2008: CANTARUTTI AT THE RESTAURANT “IL GHISIO”, VIGEVANO

Great level of cooking at Restaurant “Il Ghisio” in Pavia by the chef Dario Spagnuolo. Our wines walked the runway in a curious sequence and the guests, from Alto Adige to Sicily, took part with attention and interest to the event, appreciating the valuable and unique matching of tasting.

A wonderful evening, professionally orchestrated by the FISAR Sommelier Mr. Roberto Pace, every detail has been perfectly arranged: dishes, glasses, service in the room. Main character “The Spirit of Ghost” which again showed its temper. We accepted another challenge and we won it.
