IN FRIULI SUCCESSFUL TEST USING LIQUID NITROGEN FOR OBTAINING BETTER WINES

“[…] Dreams become reality for wine-producers too. Better say for who loves wine and considers it a product to educate and grow-up like a son. This is born from Antonella’s & Fabrizio’s project in the Cantarutti Estate in San Giovanni Al Natisone, which carried out their dream with the help of the technical advice of Mr. Giacomo Mela, oenologist.

[…] The result, after the 2005 vintage, is this new Line of wines of Excellence, made with the help of a particular technique which uses low temperatures, absence of oxygen and presence of nitrogen for the cooling, which improves flavours and taste both in white wines (Tocai and Sauvignon) and red ones (Merlot). […] The new line will be presented at the next edition of Vinitaly which will be the godfather of this dream.”
