The bubbles are very fine and produce an elegant and captivating sensation in the mouth. The aromatic profile recurs on the palate, making it complex and elegant.
Excellent with traditional cured meats and omelettes. It pairs beautifully with first courses with intense and defined flavors. Interesting with baked meat and fish dishes with a strong flavor. A refined and austere wine that is also a wonderful partner for cold cuts and cheeses.
