THE SCENTS
The explosive notes of pepper are unmistakable as well as hints of dried herbs and elderberry.
THE PALATE
It is rich and complex with the typically anticipated olfactory sensations perceived on the nose and in the mouth.
THE PAIRINGS
The wine is persistent and balanced, with a trace of fumè in the finish. Exceptional when paired with savory dishes, including vegetable-based dishes, meats and soups, also interesting with white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
