Tasting notes
The scents
On the nose this wine is easy and immediately distinguished by elegant aromas reminiscent of the small fruits of woodsy undergrowth, mixed with notes of earth, licorice and leather. In the mouth it is pleasantly fresh with good persistence.
The palate
It is dry, balanced and its acidity makes it pleasant and very drinkable, almost seductive.
The pairings
Excellent paired with all cured meats and traditional Italian cheeses, but also really exciting matched with grilled meat and fish.
