Tasting notes
The scents
The typical characteristics of the grape are immediately perceived on the nose, with marked notes of hay, mint, sage and wildflowers.
The palate
In the mouth it is decisive and rich with pleasant and mineral elements that close in a long, balanced, broad and elegant finish.
The pairings
Interesting paired with vegetarian appetizers, or delicate and very enthusiastic risottos. It is also a lovely accompaniment for more subtle white meats. Really tantalizing on medium-aged cheeses.
