In the mouth it is decisive and rich with pleasant and mineral elements that close in a long, balanced, broad and elegant finish.
Interesting paired with vegetarian appetizers, or delicate and very enthusiastic risottos. It is also a lovely accompaniment for more subtle white meats. Really tantalizing on medium-aged cheeses.
